Educational Quality Improvement Projects(EQUIP) Our EQUIP projects are focused on closing relevant educational gaps so that learning can lead to a change in behaviour which leads to success. EQUIP includes; Book Drive Campaign, Career Guidance and Counselling, Digital Hub, The Inclusive Young Leadership Academy.
We promote disability inclusion that seeks to change societal stereotypes and structures affecting our beneficiaries, especially those with disabilities through our Harnessing Opportunities Promoting Equality (HOPE) Advocacy Projects, Advocacy and Promoting Disability Inclusion

The KIR Foundation Inclusive Community Centre fosters sustainable change and inclusion through its diverse facilities. It provides a safe space for children and youth to learn, grow, and collaborate and meet mentors. Also, the Centre promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities in developmental projects.
Improve the quality of education through the establishment of Reading Corners in underserved Public/Community Primary Schools.
Give vulnerable, disadvantaged children and underserved communities access to books.
To create a reading culture among public/community primary school pupils, and vulnerable children in correctional institutions/orphanages.
To improve knowledge and understanding of the world, personal, social, and emotional development of the beneficiaries.
Every Friday, KIR Foundation Volunteers go to the Public Primary Schools where we have set up Reading Corners to read with the children and gift them personal storybooks to improve their literary skills.
The Hub provides disadvantaged youth the opportunity to learn digital skills, meet mentors, and network with other youth who are interested in working in the tech space.
Our Community Centre offers a bright modern central venue for meetings and small events. We welcome bookings from the public and our hire rate is negotiable.
