Calling Aspiring Women Leaders: 2025 VV Visionaries Program Now Open

In a world that is facing some of the toughest challenges of all time—climate change, systemic injustices, gender-based violence, and widening economic gaps—women leaders are stepping up to create meaningful change. The VV Visionaries Program is a partnership between Vital Voices Global Partnership and the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund. It is dedicated to supporting and accelerating the next generation of emerging leaders. This initiative is an opportunity for women passionate about driving social impact to access valuable resources, mentorship, and a global network of like-minded changemakers.

About the VV Visionaries Program

The VV Visionaries Program is designed for women leaders from diverse sectors, industries, and backgrounds committed to making a difference. Are you an entrepreneur, activist, non-profit leader, or someone with a bold vision for change, then, this program offers a structured pathway to enhance leadership skills and expand impact.

Women’s leadership is vital to progress because when women advance, the world thrives. This program is built on the belief that leadership extends beyond titles and that every woman has the potential to influence positive change in her community and beyond!

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for the program, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old and identify as a woman.
• Have an established social impact organization, business, or initiative OR be a key decision-maker within one.
• Possess a clear vision for an organization, business, or initiative with a social purpose.
• Be proficient in English to fully engage with program materials and discussions.

Program Commitment

Participants must be willing to commit to the 7-week program, which requires 2-4 hours per week for live virtual sessions and assignments. Attendance is crucial, and only two absences are allowed to remain in good standing. Additionally, participants should be prepared to submit progress updates, share success stories, and complete follow-up surveys up to one year after the program’s conclusion.

Technical Requirements

Since the VV Visionaries Program is entirely virtual, applicants must have access to:

• computer with a camera or a smartphone.
• A reliable internet connection to participate in online sessions.

Program Dates

Applicants can choose from three cohorts:

• Cohort 9: May 29 – July 3, 2025
• Cohort 10: July 24 – September 4, 2025
• Cohort 11: October 9 – November 20, 2025

Application Process

Applications must be submitted in English by March 11, 2025, at 11 AM ET. Since the system does not always save unsubmitted applications, it is recommended to draft responses separately before entering them into the application portal.

Once the application is submitted, finalists will be notified 3-4 weeks before the start of each cohort.
