KIR Foundation is passionate about those who are marginalized, especially persons living with disabilities (PWDs). We constantly look out for opportunities to promote the rights for inclusion of the disability community in all developmental issues because we know that they are stigmatized and the poorest of the poor in society. Therefore, in 2012, we adopted the Special School for Handicapped Children (SSHC) had have been implementing projects in the school within our thematic areas of Education, Advocacy, Capacity and Sustainable Development. Our belief is that no one should be left behind in self-development especially in education.
